7-Day Refund Guarantee

We're confident you'll love Everly. You're eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as your invitation has not yet been shared with your guests.

Why this limit?

Once your invitation link has been opened by a guest (for RSVPs, viewing, guestbook, etc.), the service has effectively been delivered. We reserve the right to decline refund requests in those cases. Please review your invitation carefully before sharing the link.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

  1. Contact us at hello@everly.wedding with your account email address
  2. Tell us why you'd like a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
  3. We'll process it within 5-7 business days
  4. Check your account for the refund to appear (may take additional time from your bank)

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we process it within 5-7 business days. The refund is issued via your original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. We recommend checking with your bank if funds haven't appeared after 10 business days.

What Happens After Refund

Important Notice

When your refund is processed, your invitation link will be immediately deactivated. Your guests will no longer be able to access or RSVP to your invitation.

This means any RSVPs, guest responses, or other data collected through your invitation will remain inaccessible. You will not be able to recover your invitation or its data after a refund is processed.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your purchase was made within the last 7 days
  • You have a valid Everly account
  • Your invitation link has not yet been viewed by any guest
  • You have not submitted a previous refund request for the same purchase

In rare cases, we may deny a refund request if we determine it is part of a pattern of abuse. We will always explain our reasoning if we cannot process your refund.

Payment Processing

Everly uses LemonSqueezy as our Merchant of Record to process payments and manage refunds. By making a purchase, you agree to LemonSqueezy's payment terms and refund processing policies.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund after 30 days?

Our guarantee covers purchases within 7 days. If your purchase is older than 7 days, please contact us at hello@everly.wedding to discuss your situation.

Will I lose my invitation data?

Yes. Once a refund is processed, your invitation link is deactivated immediately and all associated data becomes inaccessible. Please download any important information before requesting a refund.

How long does the refund take to show up?

We process refunds within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to display the credit. Contact your bank if it takes longer than 10 days total.

Can I request a refund after sharing with guests?

Generally no. Once your invitation link has been opened by a guest, the service is considered delivered and refunds are declined. If you experienced a genuine technical issue that prevented your guests from using the invitation, please contact us and we'll review it case by case.
